• • To access your 1098-T form, go to https://heartland.ecsi.net/.
  • Click on the Sign In | Register link at the top right of the web page.
    • If you do not have a user profile, you must register and create one. If you do have a user profile, you can sign in.
  • Visit the Heartland help center at https://heartland.ecsi.net/index.main.html#/access/FAQtaxDocuments?deep1098t for step-by-step instructions.
