About the Program

History

In 2005, Arkansas Tech University established the Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) degree program, a fully online degree program that provided an accelerated path to degree completion for adult students. From that initial degree offering, the Organizational Studies program has grown to offer multiple undergraduate and graduate credentials that cater to diverse academic and professional goals. 

Degree Programs

Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership (BAOL) - provides students whith comprehensive, specialized instruction in the application of leadership concepts highly suoght after by employers across a vareity of career paths and setting.

Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) - provides students who have earned an Associate of Applied Science degree a seamless transition to a bachelor's degree. This stackable education equence enhances academic qualifications and increases potential careeer mobility.

Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) - a degree completion track for students with 90+ earned hours in need of an accelerated path to graduation. The concentrated curriculum is designed to enhance workplaces skills such as planning, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Learning (MAOLL) - an innovative, fully online graduate degree program with a focus on organizational development, leadership, and project management. Graduates are prepared for leadership roles in diverse settings.
