Purpose: The Insurance Benefit Wellness Committee is advisory in nature, providing valuable input and recommendations on all types of group insurance, benefit options, and wellness initiatives that promote the welfare of the faculty and/or staff of the University. The input and recommendations are considered by the President in developing the final benefit package that will be proposed to the Board of Trustees for consideration. 

Charge: The Committee will advise the President on matters related to developing strategies to encourage healthy behaviors in the workplace and creating a health-friendly work environment for faculty and staff.
