Arkansas Tech University will provide equal opportunity in employment to all persons. Arkansas Tech University will, through its strategic plans and other campus initiatives, develop and implement specific and result-oriented procedures to apply every good faith effort to achieve prompt and full utilization of minorities, women, those with disabilities or veterans at all levels and all segments of its workforce. Additionally, 131 Arkansas Tech University will continually monitor and evaluate its employment practices to ensure that they are free of bias or discrimination based upon race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, genetic information, or veteran status.
