Membership: Representatives from Title IX, Athletics, Legal, Faculty, Institutional Research and Student Affairs originally formed in 2010.

Function:  To review and ensure compliances with gender equity programs governed by both Title VI and Title IX. This committee will review and, if necessary, provide changes to Arkansas Tech University's Gender Equity Plan.  As needed, the committee will formulate recommendations that are necessary to remain in compliance with Title IX that will include responsible parties for compliance.
