Report Room Damage
Always report any preexisting conditions in your room upon check in into a new space.
This allows Residence Life to properly assess damages upon check out and prevent unnecessary
charges to your account.
Reporting room damage is different than requesting room maintenance because room maintenance
is a direct request to fix an issue that prevents a resident from living comfortably
in their space.
For example: paint chips, command strips, furniture damage, etc.
How to Report Room Damage
To report room damage, follow these steps:
- Login to www.roompact.com
- Go to Forms
- Select Room Damage Reporting Form
- Complete and submit
