March 04 at 10am to March 07 at 8pm

• Students with ADA priority housing registration will be contacted by the Department of Residence Life via email to renew or select a new room. Please check your Tech email often.

Returning LLCs

Assigned Building

• Student returning to their LLC will be contacted to renew or select a room from the building assigned to their LLC. Applies to Honors,  Leadership, Engineering, Stack, and PRISM.

1. Same Room Renewal

March 11 at 10am to March 14 at 8pm

• Timeslot: Not required. Just go to the application and renew room.
• If the room is available, current residents will be able to reselect their current room for next academic year.
• Students living in rooms not available for the following academic year will be notified via email.
• Same room renewal will be open for a limited time.
• Rooms not reselected during this time frame will be released for selection by others after same room selection is over.

2. Roommate GroupS

March 18 at 10am 
to March 21 at 8pm

• All of these requirements must be met  by March 10 to qualify:

  • Groups must have 2 to 4 peopleGroups must be formed and verified

  • All group members must have signed the housing contract and made the $100 room prepayment

• Groups with members who have incomplete requirements will not be issued a timeslot to select a room. These groups will be able to select with all returning students.
• Timeslot: Required. Issued based on application date. Emailed to ATU email address.
• All members of a group (2 to 4 people) will be emailed the same timeslot.
• Groups must designate one person to place all members in a room.
• After roommate group room selection Residence Life cannot guarantee students will be able to live in the same room. Plan accordingly.

3. All Returning Students

April 01  at 10am to April 04 at 8pm

• Timeslot: Required. Issued based on application date. Emailed to ATU email address.
• All returning students who applied for housing, signed a contract, and made the room prepayment will receive a timeslot to select a room.

4. Auto-Allocation

April 08 to
April 11

• All returning students who applied for housing and signed a contract but have not selected a room will be automatically assigned a room.
• Auto-allocation will be done based on availability and preferences.

5. Room Removal

• Rooms assignments will be cancelled for any students not registered for classes.
• These students may select a room again after registering for classes.
• Original booking not guaranteed.

 LLCs
(Engineering, Agriculture, Gaming, Honors, PRISM, and Leadership)

April 15 at 10am to April 18 at 8pm

• •  New students admitted to a Living Learning Community will select a room within their assigned building

Transfer Students  

April 22  at 10am to April 25 at 8pm

• Requirements: Transfer students must be registered for classes or have a registration appointment by April 18 at 8am.
• Transfer students not registered for classes by April 18 and with no registration appointment will wait to select after May 06.
• Timeslot: Required. Issued based on contract date. Emailed to ATU email address.
• A timeslot is a date/time when students can start selecting a room.

1.Roommate group

May 06 at 10am to May 09 at 8pm

• All of these requirements must be met  by April 28 to qualify:
  • Groups must have 2 to 4 people
  • Groups must be formed and verified
  • All groupmembers must have signed the housing contract and made the $100 room prepayment
• Groups with members who have incomplete requirements will not be issued a timeslot to select a room. These groups will be able to select with all incoming students later.
• Timeslot: Required. Issued based on average contract date of members. Emailed to ATU email address.
• All members of a group will be emailed the same timeslot.
• Groups must designate one person to place all members in a room.
• After roommate group room selection Residence Life cannot guarantee students will be able to live in the same room. Plan accordingly.

2. All incoming freshmen  

May 06 at 10am to May 30 at 8pm

• All incoming freshmen who are registered for classes/have an advising appointment, have signed a housing contract, and have made the room prepayment will be able to select a room.
• Timeslot: Required. Issued based on contract date. Emailed to ATU email address.
• A timeslot is a date/time when students can start selecting a room

1. AUTO-ALLOCATION 

June 17- June 20

• All students with a housing contract and who have not selected a room will be automatically assigned a room.
• Auto-allocation will be done based on availability and preferences.
