Spring-Only Housing

The spring-only housing contract includes housing for the spring semester only and is available to students required/needing to live on campus and/or admitted to the spring semester. Meal plans are available and are required for all residents except those living in the apartments. Move In for new students takes place a day before orientation and before the housing contract officially starts (no extra charges apply for these students).

Application Dates

The spring-only housing application opens the second Monday of September, the fall before the spring in question, and remains open until the the end of the spring semester. The spring housing contract opens at the same time as the initial application.

Term Dates

• Spring 2026: January 10, 2026 to May 07, 2026
  • Includes Spring Break
  • New residents needing to arrive 48 hrs or more before orientation starts must apply for Winter Break Stay.
    • Orientation typically takes place the Friday before the contract officially starts.
    • The earliest date a new spring resident can move to campus is January 01.
  • Residents needing to stay after the halls close must apply for spring extended stay/late check out.

 

Room Assignment Schedule

New spring residents are assigned a room based on preference and availability. Residents will be notified to the their ATU email when a room has been assigned.

•  Spring 2026-Only: Assignments start the first week of October.
