Graduate
- Prepare graduates to assume administrative roles in a variety of health care systems,
including hospitals, and community, military, and government agencies.
- Provide a program of study that addresses technical competencies and interpersonal
skills needed to assume leadership roles in planning and coordinating emergency response
solutions.
- Provide opportunities for students to formulate solutions to important problems of
interest to nursing through analysis, synthesis, and application of current research.

Program Outcomes
The expected level of achievement for BSN, LPN-BSN, RN-BSN, and Master's program completion
as 70% of students admitted will graduate within 150% of program length.
The Arkansas Tech University BSN Pre-Licensure program pass rates will meet or exceed
the same three-year national NCLEX mean.
