Expected Levels of Achievement (ELA)    

1. Demonstrates clinical judgement, skills and abilities to the provision of safe, competent patient care.

1. Pre-licensure BSN and LPN to BSN cohorts will achieve 75% or higher on the standardized Comprehensive Predictor measure related to Safety (NUR 4903 Synthesis of Clinical & Theoretical Concepts).
2. 80% of pre-licensure and LPN to BSN students will achieve a ≥ 2 (meets expectations) on the Clinical Judgment measure within the Clinical Evaluation Tool (NUR 4903 Synthesis of Clinical & Theoretical Concepts).
3. 80% of RN to BSN students will achieve a score of ≥2 (meets expectations) on the reflective exemplars Patient-Centered Care and Patient Safety within the summative portfolio (NURN 4045 Professional Synthesis).

2. Demonstrates culturally sensitive caregiving, communication, teaching, advocacy, and management of diverse patient populations and settings.

1. Pre-licensure BSN and LPN to BSN cohorts will achieve 70% or higher on the standardized Comprehensive Predictor measure related to Patient-Centered Care (NUR 4903 Synthesis of Clinical & Theoretical Concepts).
2. 80% of Pre-licensure BSN and hybrid LPN to BSN students will achieve ≥ 2 (meets expectations) on the Communication measure within the Summative Clinical Evaluation Tool (NUR 4903 Synthesis of Clinical & Theoretical Concepts).
3. 80% of Pre-licensure BSN and LPN to BSN cohorts will score proficient or greater on the cultural/ethnic subscale within the Case Presentation (NUR 4405 Clinical Nursing III).
4. 80% of RN to BSN students will achieve a score of proficient or greater on the Application to Clinical Practice subscale within the Community Profile Inventory (NURN 4024 Population & Community Health).
5. 80% of RN to BSN students will score achieve ≥80% on the cultural awareness post module exam (NURN 4024 Population & Community Health Nursing).

3. Utilizes research evidence and technology to improve the quality and safety of patient care.

1. Pre-licensure BSN and LPN to BSN cohorts will achieve 70% or higher on the standardized Comprehensive Predictor measure related to Person-Centered Care and Informatics and Healthcare Technologies (NUR 4903 Synthesis of Clinical & Theoretical Concepts).
2. 80% of Pre-licensure BSN and LPN to BSN cohorts will score proficient or greater on the nursing implications section of the research poster rubric (NUR 4303 Nursing Research).
3. 80% of RN to BSN students will achieve a ≥2 (meets expectations) on the critical analysis and application to practice subscales within the Research Article assignment (NURN 4045 Professional Synthesis).
4. 80% of RN to BSN students will achieve a score of ≥2 (meets expectations) on the reflective exemplar Informatics within the summative portfolio (NURN 4045 Professional Synthesis).

4. Collaborates with interprofessional health care teams in the delivery of patient care.

1. Pre-licensure BSN and LPN to BSN graduating cohorts will achieve 70% or higher on the standardized Comprehensive Predictor measure related to Interprofessional Partnerships (NUR 4903 Synthesis of Clinical & Theoretical Concepts).
2. 80% of Pre-licensure BSN and hybrid LPN to BSN students will achieve a score of satisfactory on the Teamwork and Collaboration reflective exemplar within the management objectives (NUR 4804 Clinical Nursing IV).
3. 80% of RN to BSN students will achieve a score of ≥2 (meets expectations) on the reflective exemplar Teamwork and Collaboration within the summative portfolio (NURN 4045 Professional Synthesis).

1. 80% of Pre-licensure BSN and LPN to BSN graduating cohorts will score ≥ 2 on the Professional Ethics subscale Summative Clinical Evaluation Tool (NUR 4903 Synthesis of Clinical & Theoretical Concepts).
2. Pre-licensure BSN and LPN to BSN graduating cohorts will achieve 70% or higher on the standardized Comprehensive Predictor measure related to Professional Identity (NUR 4903 Synthesis of Clinical & Theoretical Concepts).
3. 80% of Pre-licensure BSN and LPN to BSN graduating cohorts will achieve a score of ≥2 (meets expectations) on the Professional Identify reflective exemplar within the summative portfolio (NUR 4903 Synthesis of Clinical & Theoretical Concepts).
4. 80% of RN to BSN cohorts will achieve a score of ≥2 (meets expectations) on the Ethics and Professional Identify reflective exemplars within the summative portfolio (NURN 4045 Professional Synthesis).
