1. Demonstrates clinical judgement, skills and abilities to the provision of safe, competent patient care.

Greater than 80% of pre-licensure BSN students will pass an exit exam at the time of graduation.

RN to BSN students' class average will be 80% or greater on the teaching project (NUR 4045).  

2. Demonstrates culturally sensitive caregiving, communication, teaching, advocacy, and management of diverse patient populations and settings.

Pre-licensure BSN students’ class average will be 80% or or greater on the family paper (Level 2).

Pre-licensure BSN students' class average will be 80% or greater on the case presentation (Level 3).

RN to BSN students’ class average will be 80%  or greater in the Cultural Competency course (NUR 4993).

3. Utilizes research evidence and technology to improve the quality and safety of patient care.

Pre-licensure BSN students’ class average will be 80% or or greater on the nursing research poster and critique (NUR 4303).

RN to BSN students’ class average will be 80% or or greater on the nursing research poster (NURN 4303).

RN to BSN students’ class average will be 80% or or greater on the nursing informatics project (NURN 4002).

4. Collaborates with interprofessional health care teams in the delivery of patient care.

Pre-licensure BSN students’ class average will be 80% or greater on the preceptor objectives.

RN to BSN students' class average will be 80% or or greater on the clinical preceptor experience (NUR 4034).

RN to BSN students' class average will be 80% or or greater on the teaching project (NURN 4045).

Pre-licensure BSN graduating cohort will achieve 80% or greater average ATI probability of passing the NCLEX-RN.

RN to BSN students’ class average will be 80% or or greater for the professional practicum synthesis portfolio.
