The First Destination Survey (FDS) is an essential way Arkansas Tech University captures the career and education outcomes of our graduates. Whether you’re starting your first job, continuing your education, serving in the military, or exploring other opportunities, your experience matters.
By sharing your next steps after graduation, you're helping ATU better understand how we support student success and prepare our graduates for life beyond college. This information allows us to improve programs, connect students with meaningful opportunities, and highlight the real-world value of an ATU degree. ATU participates in this survey as part of a national effort led by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), which sets the standards for how institutions measure post-graduation outcomes.
The data collected also helps us show prospective students, employers, and accrediting bodies the impact of an ATU education—especially as we continue to support our mission of access, achievement, and advancement for all students.
