Live Off Campus

Residents who meet the following criteria are not required to sign a housing contract to live on campus:

• Students who are married
• Students who have a child
• Students 21 years old and older
• Students who live within 30 miles from the Russellville Campus with a parent or legal guardian in their permanent residence
• Students who have earned 60 or more college credit hours excluding high school concurrent credit
• Students who have lived on the ATU campus for 4 semester or more (excluding summer)
