Scholarships for HIM Majors

ArHIMA - Martha Wilbers/Faye Arnold Scholarship

Application due Feb. 1 of each year.
Award Notification: Presented at the ArHIMA Convention Annual Business Luncheon
To apply: https://www.arhima.org/members/scholarships/ To be eligible for a ArHIMA scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Current member of ArHIMA
• Achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (our of 4.0)
• Additional requirements are listed on the scholarship application

AHIMA - Merit Scholarships

Online application is open Feb. 1-May 31 of each year. Scholarship recipients announced Aug. 1 of each year.

To be eligible for a merit scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Current member of AHIMA
• Actively enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours towards pursuing a degree
• Completed 24 credit hours towards a degree
• Achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 based on the most recently completed 24 hours
• Have not been awarded any AHIMA Foundation scholarship
• Additional requirements are listed on the scholarship application

 

HIMSS - Blankenship, Johnson and Wilkins Scholarship

Application due Feb. 1 of each year.
Award Notification: Presented at the ArHIMA Convention Annual Business Luncheon
