Discover diverse interpretations of servant leadership in this cross-cultural exchange of ideas that will take students across Costa Rica. Students will experience how people-centered approaches to leadership and community building can differ across and within cultures. In this tour of Costa Rica, we will discover servant leadership in action across urban areas, universities, museums, farms, tourist destinations, and environmental conservancy.
Students will travel across Costa Rica and enjoy various activities such as rafting, hiking, snorkeling, visiting Cahuita National Park, and connecting across cultures to learn about leadership.
