I am currently registered as an Arkansas Tech student and will be registered during the semester in which I am participating.
I am available 1 hour per week for the period of one semester. If my availability changes, I will contact the IMSSO office at globalconnect@atu.edu
I will abide by Arkansas Tech University policies and procedures
I acknowledge that Arkansas Tech University takes no responsibility for the interactions between partners
I am aware that cvlunteers are not screened or supervised in any way. (Keep safety in mind when meeting your Conversation Partner)
I am responsible for paying for my own expenses if my partner and I decide to attend an event that costs money (coffee, admission, etc.)
I am aware that this service is designed to provide an opportunity for the improvement of English through conversation and making new friends. Academic assistance/tutoring is not considered part of this program, and it is not permitted under the terms of this agreement. Conversation partners should not provide nor request academic assistance/tutoring services.
