Fees include technology operations fee, facilities fee, student activity fee, instructional
support fee, public safety fee, library fee, athletic student fee, health and wellness
fee, and the $50 international student services fee.
Mandatory health insurance charges are assessed at $123.84 a month; $743.04 a semester
(fall and spring only); $1,486.08 for 12 months of study. For students starting in
summer, total insurance charges will depend on the date on which study begins. All
students must be covered under the same plan organized through Arkansas Tech University.

Tuition Waiver Policy
The ATU tuition waiver policy allows any student who enrolls with a 2.25 out of 4.0
GPA to pay in-state tuition rates instead. GPA is determined by the International
Admissions office during the application process. In-state tuition is approximately
half the amount of out-of-state tuition. To qualify for the waiver in future semesters,
the student must maintain the 2.25 GPA throughout the college coursework. Use the
Tuition Calculator and select "In-State" as the Residency for an estimate on costs per semester. (Please
remember the additional notes on fees mentioned above when estimating your costs.)
