We are delighted to have you joining the ATU family! New faculty orientation provides an in-depth overview to help support your teaching, service, research, and creative activities. Faculty will attend a week long training experience were leaders in the ATU community campus policies and culture that will help them navigate their first year teaching. 

New Faculty will also attending 30 hours of Professional Development activities during the Fall and Spring semester. They will have an opportunity to reflect on these experiences during monthly meetings. Activities range from joining a Faculty LIFE book club, attending a workshop or session, or finding a professional development opportunity in their field.
