During the commencement ceremony, students will be handed an empty diploma cover; diplomas will be available to be picked up with student's walk card. Students must have a photo ID to pick up their diploma. If the diploma is not picked up, it will be mailed to the address indicated on the back of the Name Announcement Card approximately 6-8 weeks after completion of all degree requirements.

NOTE: Students who have double degrees will receive two diplomas.

At any time, additional or replacement diplomas may be requested by submitting a completed Additional / Replacement Diploma form to the Registrar's Office; and should be submitted to the Student Accounts Office.
