Degree Works is a web-based tool for students and advisors to monitor academic progress towards degree completion. It also allows for students to plan ahead for future semesters.
You should consult with your academic advisor for a review of your audit.
Your audit will outline for you the courses you still need to meet your degree requirements. This is a great tool to use when meeting with your advisor during registration.
Either the course you transferred in is not an equivalent to the course needed, you did not receive the minimum grade to receive credit, or the course is not needed for the requirements remaining on your audit.
Not necessarily. If you have applied to graduate, your degree audit will be reviewed to ensure all requirements have been met. Missing requirements will be communicated to you through your ATU email.
Courses in the not used section could not be applied to any degree requirement.
Courses in the insufficient block are any courses with an insufficient grade.
The What If feature allows you to hypothetically change your major or minor. The What If audit will show you what coursework is required for the new major or minor and what courses would have to be completed to satisfy those requirements. A What If audit is not your actual audit; substitutions and waivers may not be applied to a What If audit.
The graduation calculator will show you what average you would need to achieve in your remaining hours in order to reach your desired GPA by graduation. The hours remaining can be calculated by subtracting the number of hours that have been applied to your degree from the total number of hours required.

The Term Calculator will show you your estimated cumulative GPA after you fill in
hypothetical grade information. You are able to enter in your current earned hours
and GPA and entering your anticipated grades for the courses you are enrolled in (which
will default in for you), a revised cumulative GPA will be calculated.

The Advice Calculator shows how many courses you need at a certain grade in order to achieve a Desired GPA. Your Current GPA and Hours Earned are automatically entered. Simply enter a Desired GPA and click calculate to see how many courses with a certain grade you need in order to reach that GPA. Advice will alert you if the GPA is not possible because too many hours would be required.
