The Arkansas Tech University Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program provides college students with the opportunity to combine world-class leadership and management training with their other academic studies. Upon successful completion of the program and graduation from college, young men and women become an Army Lieutenant in either the Active Army, Army National Gaurd, or the Reserve Component.
This group is open to all Arkansas Tech students, but military veterans, active duty or reserve duty military personnel, and their families are especially welcome. To attend, you do not need to be an experienced, brilliant author, or an English major. If you have a writing issue of any kind, the group can address it.
Meetings are informal, without any set agenda or program, and without any requirements or commitments on the part of attendees. We work with whoever is present, adapting to the needs and preferences or each individual, addressing whatever writing problem he or she brings to the table.
For more information, contact either of the group facilitators, Dr. Robert Vork (rvork@atu.edu) or Dr. Stan Lombardo (slombardo@atu.edu)
