The Office of Affirmative Action and Title IX is responsible for providing guidance and support for Arkansas Tech University's efforts to enrich the lives of all its constituents and to ensure that opportunities are available to everyone regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, veteran status, genetic information, or disability.

The office will monitor implementation of equal opportunity, affirmative action, sexual harassment, and non-discrimination policies through compliance activities including education and training of Arkansas Tech University faculty and staff.  

Mission Statement
