Direct Deposit Your Refund Check
Direct deposit to a U.S. checking or savings account is the University's preferred
method for issuing refunds to students. You are highly encouraged to sign up today.
Enroll in direct deposit by accessing your account from the Student tab on OneTech
and click on Direct Deposit your Refund Check! Funds are generally in your bank account
by the second day after the refund appears on your student account.
If students need refund checks mailed, they must email firstname.lastname@example.org. Students must email using their OneTech account and provide their current mailing
address and account number (T number) in the email. Students can also come to the
Student Accounts Office and sign a request to have their refund check mailed. Requests
to have refund checks mailed must be received in writing. Student Accounts cannot
mail a refund based on a verbal phone conversation.
*Arkansas Tech University Online (eTech) eTech and other courses with start dates other than the traditional semester dates
may have different withdrawal dates and reduction periods. Verify these dates with
the Registrar's Office prior to making changes or withdrawing.
